Choosing products
How do I choose the right packaging size?
Measure the item or load first, then allow enough material to wrap, overlap or seal it securely. Each product page lists the available dimensions, roll lengths and pack quantities.
What is the difference between clear, coloured and foil bubble wrap?
Clear and coloured bubble wrap provide cushioning, while coloured options can also help organise or identify packed items. Foil-laminated bubble wrap adds an opaque, reflective outer layer. Choose the format that best suits the item and packing environment.
Are products sold individually or in multipacks?
Pack quantities vary by product. The quantity included, available sizes and roll dimensions are listed on each product page.
Can I order for a business or warehouse?
Yes. For larger, repeat or mixed-product requirements, visit our Bulk Orders page and send us the products, quantities and delivery postcode.
Orders and delivery
How is delivery calculated?
Australia Post options and charges for standard-size orders are calculated at checkout based on your cart and delivery address.
Do you offer free delivery?
Eligible standard-size orders over A$300 receive free standard delivery automatically at checkout. Individually quoted freight for oversized rolls is excluded.
How are oversized rolls delivered?
Extra-large rolls that do not fit Australia Post limits can be delivered within the configured Brisbane metro area for A$45. Outside Brisbane metro, use our freight quote form before checkout. Include the product, size, quantity, delivery suburb and postcode. We will confirm the freight cost before payment.
