Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery across Australia

Standard-size orders are delivered across Australia through Australia Post. Available services and charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address.

Eligible standard-size orders over A$300 receive free standard delivery automatically at checkout.

Estimated Australia Post delivery times

These are Australia Post estimates from the business day after your parcel is posted. Packing and dispatch time is additional.

• Parcel Post: 2–4 business days within the same state; 3–6 business days interstate.
• Express Post: 1–2+ business days within the same state; 1–3+ business days interstate.

Delivery times vary by postcode and may change during busy periods. Express Post next-business-day delivery is available only for eligible postcodes. The available options and prices for your address appear at checkout.

Oversized rolls and freight quotes

Extra-large 1500 mm wide rolls are too large for Australia Post. Within the configured Brisbane metro delivery area, local delivery is A$45.

For an oversized roll delivered outside Brisbane metro, use our freight quote form before checkout. List each product, size and quantity, your delivery suburb and postcode, and any access requirements. We will confirm the freight cost and send a payment link for your complete order. Checkout may show an unavailable-for-delivery message for these addresses because freight is quoted individually.

Free standard delivery for eligible orders over A$300 applies to standard-size products; it does not cover individually quoted freight.
